The time lost due to the transmission of manually compiled messages (mail / faxes) is too great to be able to react as flexibly as is necessary in today's world.
Würth Industrie Service offers high performance data transfer methods that only take a few minutes – EDI, electronic data interchange.

We offer you two types of electronic data exchange:

Classic EDI

For transferring EDI messages, we use HTTP(S), FTP, AS2, OFTP. The GXS and X400 VANs are also available on request. You receive orders (ORDERS) and order changes (ORDCHG) electronically from us, send us your order confirmations (ORDRSP), notify us that the goods have been shipped and expedite our goods receipt (DESADV) and receive the credit note from us (INVOIC).

Ideal for:
• High document rates
• Of prime importance for highly integrated processes

Web-based EDI

For transfer of web-based EDI messages, we use an Internet interface that every supplier can access online. You receive our order details conveniently over the Internet and an e-mail notice when new orders have come in. You can notify us that the goods have been shipped and accelerate our goods receipt with the click of a button.

Ideal for:
• Low document rates
• Of prime importance for SMEs without converters
